Science for Preschoolers - Growing Vegetable Garden

There is nothing more rewarding than growing your own vegetable garden. From watching the seeds sprout to enjoying a fresh carrot, it's all fun. I decided to revive the small garden in my daughter’s preschool, on Sunday morning we went to the school, weeded and seeded. This was the beginning of a wonderful garden.

This is the graden a month later.....

After a massive gophers invasion I had to dig out the dirt from the planters and line them up with chicken wire. And now we are back to growing and harvesting: cherry tomatoes, corn and potatoes.
